The Impact of Grand Central on the West Midlands Retail Market (April 2016) Seminar Presentation

A set of IPF event slides examining the current and pipeline retail development in West Midland retail centres. A focus on Birmingham, a European centre for investment potential, presents a case study on Grand Central with detail on centre structure, income analysis and investor considerations. Birmingham retail is further examined in terms of New Street station and New Street; the domination of retail is highlighted with a lack of complementary experiences currently available.
