The Executive

The seven-strong IPF Executive is based close to Liverpool Street in the City of London. Headed by Sue Forster, we look after every aspect of the IPF; editing publications, managing events, responding to consultations, commissioning work and, most of all, supporting the membership.     Chief Executive

    Sue has overall responsibility for managing the affairs of the IPF. Her job ranges from kick-starting new IPF initiatives to collecting name badges after seminars, and everything else in between. She is a member of all of the IPF Committees and Groups. Sue is a chartered surveyor by background and has been a member of the IPF in her own right since 1990.

  • Pam Craddock

    Research Director

    Pam is responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of the IPF Research Programme, as well as working with its Research Steering Group and the wider membership to develop the IPF's research agenda. Pam is a chartered surveyor and has been a member of the IPF in her own right since 1994.

  • Frankie Clay

    Associate Director

    Frankie project managed the overhaul of the IPF website and database - a project which was nearly two years in the pipeline. She continues to manage and develop the website and marketing, taking on ad-hoc IT projects. More recently, Frankie has been working to ensure that the IPF is GDPR-compliant. In addition to this, she acts as secretary to a number of IPF Boards and writes our monthly eNews. Frankie is currently on maternity leave.

    Membership Co-ordinator

    Katina is your first point of contact for all membership matters at the IPF. If you have a query about joining the IPF, changing your details or paying your subscription then she can help. You'll also see her helping out at our seminars and events.

    Communications Manager

    Susan is responsible for the IPF's general external communications. She is undertaking a number of internal projects, aimed at streamlining and improving the way that the IPF communicates with members and the wider industry.

  • Barbara Hobbs

    Events Manager

    Barbara is in charge of our Annual Dinners, Lunches, Drinks and Conferences. She manages the process from liaising with venues (and menu tasting!), to dealing with bookings and the tricky business of table planning.

  • Jenny Hooper

    Accounts Manager

    Jenny oversees the day-to-day management of the IPF's accounts. Jenny works part time from home, and is in our offices twice a week - generally on a Tuesday and a Thursday.

    Seminar Co-ordinator

    Hannah is responsible for educational events at the IPF. She co-ordinates seminars, workshops and site visits in London and in our regions. She's the friendly face you'll see at all of our seminars in London.
