This seminar provides an opportunity to hear first-hand from the developers, Investors and advisors on the role of sustainable Real Estate.
Ruari will speak on the increased role that environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) factors play in influencing investment decisions presents key challenges to the real estate industry, particularly when considered against a background of increased internationalisation of investment funds.
James will be speaking on the practical implications on developing property (both commercial and residential) with a focus upon ESG factors. Buccleuch Property are leading this agenda within their development of Shawfair in Edinburgh.
The seminar will be followed by a panel discussion between major investors/advisors.
