Secure income assets, i.e. assets with generally longer leases and a rental uplift linked to the prevailing inflation rate that tend to be in the “alternative” bucket – Ground Rents, Long Lease Real Estate, Real Estate Debt, etc. have been an attractive proposition for investors over the past few years. The seminar considers whether this attractiveness will continue.
