A survey of 25 independent property consultants and fund managers, whose forecasts were generated between the end of November 2016 and 8 February 2017. The report covers forecasts of rental and capital value growth and total returns on a yearly basis to 2021 and five-year averages. Coverage extends to UK All Property and individual sectors, comprising Offices, Industrials, Standard Retail, Shopping Centres and Retail Warehouses, as well as the two central London office sub-markets.
