A précis of the full report, findings are based on a survey of independent UK property forecasts from 19 leading consultants and fund/investment managers, generated between the end of November 2021 and mid-February 2022.

Aggregated forecasts are reported for rental and capital value growth and total returns on a yearly basis to 2026, together with five-year annualised averages. Coverage is at the UK All Property and individual sector levels, including the two central London office sub-markets.
