A two page précis, summarising the key findings from the third quarterly survey of 2021, based on the forecasts of 23 independent Property Consultants, Fund Managers and Others. Rental and capital value growth and total return projections have been aggregated to produce annual averages for each year to 2025, as well as five-year averages for the period 2021-25. Forecasts cover MSCI’s All Property, individual sectors and the two central London office sub-markets.
