A two page 'At A Glance' document, summarising the key findings from the first quarterly survey of 2017, based on the forecasts of 25 independent property consultants and fund managers. Rental and capital value growth and total return projections have been aggregated to produce yearly averages for 2017, 2018 and 2019, as well as five-year averages for the period 2017/21, covering All Property, individual sectors and the two central London office sub-markets.
