The UK Commercial Property Lending Market 2015

Join us for a presentation and review on the findings of the De Montfort University survey into UK commercial property lending market for the year to December 2014. The research has been running since 1999 and will reveal for the first time the results of this year’s survey with a comparison with past year’s findings. The panel will respond with their personal thoughts on the survey, with particular reference to the activities of their own organisations and particular discussion around the ever deepening and liquid debt market, its new players and the new global capital.
