The annual two-part seminar begins with a summary of the key performance results for UK property in 2014 as undertaken by IPD (the Investment Property Databank). This will offer one of the first opportunities to hear the headline investment returns for the year, to examine the factors underlying that performance and to discuss the consequences of those for ‘winning’ and ‘losing’ investment sectors.
Darren Yates, Head of Global Capital Markets Research at Knight Frank, will then provide his views on the outlook for the economy and the property market for the year(s) ahead and the factors that will influence performance going forward.
