In view of the imminent changes to the capital gains tax regime for non-resident investors in UK property, this will be a brief overview of the Jersey structures that remain in vogue, the interaction of those structures with UK vehicles and the UK and Jersey tax position and considerations arising in respect of the structuring. The talk will also cover 'private' REITs and their listing on the International Stock Exchange.
