MSCI/IPF UK Property Investment Webinar - Q2 2016

On August 1, 2016 the IPD UK Quarterly Property Index results for Q2 2016 will be released. MSCI and IPF had initially planned to comment the market results in a webinar hosted on the same day. However, following the results of the Brexit referendum, we have decided to postpone the event by 2 weeks.

Given the results of the referendum were only announced six days before the end of the quarter, the first material impact on asset valuations may only start to become apparent in MSCI’s July 2016 IPD UK Monthly Property Index, to be released on 12th August. In this context, MSCI and IPF have decided to postpone its regular quarterly briefing by two weeks in order to be able to include comment upon these July monthly results.

MSCI and IPF will host an extended webinar on Tuesday, August 16, where the results of the July IPD UK Monthly Property Index will be analysed alongside those of the June IPD UK Quarterly Property and Property Fund Indexes. The presentation will include a panel discussion and will be followed by a Q&A session offering you the opportunity to participate in discussions.
