IPF Webinar: Covid and Brexit: Impacts on International Capital for UK Property

9

Dec

2020

10:00AM – 11:00AM

This webinar will be looking at cross border flows into UK property. We will explore what the data is telling us, commenting on the impact of COVID-19. We will talk about what this has meant for capital raising both in volume and also in changing methods. We will try to differentiate between Covid and Brexit by looking at other European centres and the experience over the last 9 months. The panellists can also offer some views of changes to how international capital wants to access markets including whether it is looking at separate accounts, funds or even taking a building-by-building approach.
