Come and see the latest new build in Manchester City Centre where sustainability has been at the heart of the design from start to finish.

Located in the heart of Manchester’s core business district, Island is a new generation of workspace.

This building has achieved both a 5.5 star NABERS rating alongside BREEAM excellent, it spans 100k sq ft, it is fully net zero carbon and is a workspace designed for the future. Henry Boot Developments (HBD) will give an overview of the development followed by the tour and there will be the opportunity to ask any questions.
