IPF North: Insights with Victoria Hill, Promind Group

Following on from previous successful events with Victoria, we will be joined again by her to share some of her insights and top tips into current management and leadership issues with a focus on resilience. During the session, Victoria will explore resilience in the industry and how this has benefited companies in changing economic periods, what resilience actually is and how it can be used as a success factor at industry, company, team and individual levels. Whilst Victoria will cover a brief background to these areas, there will be plenty of time for Q&A from the room. Victoria is Founder and Director at people development specialist PROMIND Capital which delivers coaching for real estate sector professionals and businesses. Prior to establishing PROMIND 3 years ago, Victoria had over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate in the Banking and Finance area having previously worked at RBS and CBRE.
