IPF Midlands Site Visit : Three Chamberlain Square, Paradise

For a limited number of members, we are delighted to have secured the opportunity to visit Three Chamberlain Square, part of the landmark £1.2 billion Paradise redevelopment in the heart of Birmingham.

With 10 storeys and over 189,000 square foot of space, Three Chamberlain Square takes its inspiration from Birmingham’s Victorian heritage and is designed to co-exist with and celebrate its historical environment, including Birmingham’s town hall.

It promises a low energy and low carbon design approach which drives the evolution of Birmingham’s commercial space. With typically 22,000 square foot floorplates and both commercial and restaurant/retail space available this first-look site visit is not to be missed.
