IPF Midlands: What's in a Forecast? - a view from the players

The IPF Quarterly Consensus Forecast is the UK’s pre-eminent independent survey of forecasts for UK commercial property investment, and is widely disseminated across the industry and to major stakeholders and regulators. Discussion will focus, wherever possible, on the Midlands Region, although the panelists will ensure that a wider perspective is given to cover macro-impacts such as Brexit, political risk, regulatory/tax changes and demographic shifts.
