Following our successful oversubscribed ‘Insight Series’ event in March, the IPF Future Leaders committee are delighted to have John Munday, Managing Director at Paragon Building Consultancy, one of the UK’s largest independent building and project consultancies, join us for our third conversation.
The aim of this series to create debate and hear from inspirational leaders in our industry and other sectors.
The event will draw on experiences from John’s 28 year career where he has scaled a number of start-up businesses including Paragon BC, which has frequently been voted on of Property Week’s Best Places to Work.
A key topic will be unlocking social capital and the role of culture – especially important in the current environment and the longer term impact on employee’s mental health.
