Emerging Property Markets - How 'Investible' Are They?
2
Dec
2015
New IPF research considers the impact of globalisation and improved transparency on the ‘investibility’ of emerging markets for institutional investors. The research examines whether there is any evidence that the number of markets that are considered appropriate for major real estate investment is increasing and whether there are any general lessons to be learned about the evolution of emerging real estate investment markets.
The event will take the form of a presentation of the key findings from the research, followed by a panel discussion.
