A survey of 24 independent property consultants and fund managers, whose forecasts were generated between the end of February and 10 May 2017. Aggregated forecasts of rental and capital value growth and total returns on a yearly basis to 2021 and five-year averages are reported. Coverage is at the UK All Property and individual sector levels, as well as the two central London office sub-markets.
