A two page 'At A Glance' document, summarising the key findings from the second quarterly survey of 2017, based on the forecasts of 24 independent property consultants and fund managers. Rental and capital value growth and total return projections have been aggregated to produce annual averages for each year up to 2021, as well as five-year averages for the period 2017-21. Forecasts cover IPD’s All Property, individual sectors and the two central London office sub-markets.
