The accommodation sector is evolving beyond just hotels and PRS with hostels, serviced apartments, shared rented accommodation for professionals, module/pod hotels and other sectors emerging. These sectors are growing strongly and are starting to provide opportunities for property investors.
Senior operators in the service apartment, hostel and co-living sectors will present on their markets and property needs followed by a panel discussion on the trends and opportunities in these sectors that meet the increasing need for accommodation that existing traditional providers are struggling to meet.
