The Cass CRE Lending Report 2017 and Question Time

Join us for a presentation and review on the findings of the Cass Business School (former De Montfort University) survey into the UK commercial property lending market for the year to December 2017. The presentation will highlight the latest trends in real estate lending, and lending practices including:

 How lenders are approaching lending in a changing office landscape
 How to maximise lending returns and leverage
 New lending interest in residential development
