A Briefing on the International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX)

7

Dec

2016

8:30AM – 9:30AM

This breakfast briefing will introduce the International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX), which intends to launch in early Q2, 2017 as the world’s first regulated securities exchange dedicated to providing a public market for property asset owners, both investors and owner occupiers.

The Exchange is applying for recognition by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a recognised investment exchange (RIE).

IPSX is creating a new commercial property product, the Exchange Traded Property (ETP) and a new marketplace dedicated to the commercial property sector:

• The ETP is an individual commercial property asset held in a public company and is operated by the asset owner.
• The new marketplace will be an FCA regulated RIE, which will allow universal investor access for institutional and private investors alike.
