This landmark development is a BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Platinum, and WiredScore Platinum-rated contemporary commercial space. Primarily designed as high-performance office accommodation, 150 Holborn also integrates retail and residential units, reflecting the future of mixed-use urban design.
Sidara is delighted to host the event alongside Introba, who played a key role as part of the design team behind this iconic project.
Your tour will be led by Lisa Kenny, Head of Client Experience at Sidara, and Ronan Pigott, Senior Director at Introba, who will share insights into the building’s innovative features and sustainable credentials.


Please arrive from 5.30pm for networking drinks on the roof terrace, tours will start from 6pm.
