Postponed: Joint IPF/REVO Event: The Evolution of Urban Retail - How our town centres are changing

This seminar has been postponed for the time being, we will update with the new date in due course.
Our town centres are changing rapidly. Once driven by high footfall, principally attracted by the draw of mass market shopping, our towns are now needing to evolve to stay attractive and relevant.
“Re-purposing” and “mixed use” are now part of everyday terminology in the town centre owners’ handbook but the delivery of such change is a complex and often costly matter. Improvements and solutions involve increasing office content, leisure and residential but how do we see this trend developing over the next decade and what will the retail element of our town centres look like in 2030?
This talk welcomes owners, developers and advisors to consider the changes we are seeing to our town centres. The talk will be followed by a panel discussion.
