This seminar has been postponed for the time being, we will update with the new date in due course.

Building on previous research that has evaluated the reliability of the IPF Consensus Forecasts, this presentation presents new findings on the performance of the IPF Consensus Forecasts. Firstly, it updates and expands upon existing research on the performance of the IPF’s Consensus Forecasts of rental growth, capital growth and total return. Sector level forecasts are evaluated to assess the extent to which the Consensus Forecasts were able to predict the relative performance. Finally, findings are presented on the performance of implied yield forecasts embedded in the Consensus Forecasts’ of rental and capital growth.
