IPF/AREF LGPS Seminar No. 2 - Investment Pooling Update

In November 2016 the IPF and AREF ran a joint seminar that considered the implications for property of the government’s requirements for the existing 90 Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) administering authorities to ‘pool’ their investments. The intention of this ‘pooling’ is to save costs while maintaining overall investment performance.
This seminar provides an update as to progress with ‘pooling’ and outlines the ‘pool’ structures that are being considered.
