Surveys and Regular Reports

Now in its fifth year, the 2016 survey provides data on institutional investment in residential property in the UK. The report includes profiles of investors and investment type, rationale for investing, investment over the next 12 months and the level of involvement with central government/local authorities to carry out housing development. Of the 48 contributors to the survey, 39 hold residential assets with a cumulative value of £15.6 billion, the majority of whom wish to increase their exposure.

A video presentation of this survey can be found here (please note, this is a member-only resource).
