A two page 'at a glance' document summarising the key findings of the research into Operational Real Estate (ORE), including how to address the issue of risk when pricing operational assets. The study also identifies gaps that exist between the theory and practice of assessing and quantifying risk, especially in analysing cash flows and the calculation and application of discount rates.
