Data was provided for some or all UK sectors by 10 organisations, whose forecasts were produced within six weeks of the survey date (25 February 2026).
Aggregated forecasts are reported for rental and capital value growth and total returns on a yearly basis from 2026 to 2030, together with five-year annualised averages. Coverage is at the UK All Property plus individual sector levels, as well as the two central London office sub-markets.
