Data was provided for some or all UK sectors by 19 organisations, whose forecasts were produced within 13 weeks of the survey date (11 February 2022).

Aggregated forecasts are reported for rental and capital value growth and total returns on a yearly basis from 2022 to 2026, together with five-year annualised averages. Coverage is at the UK All Property plus individual sector levels, as well as the two central London office sub-markets.
