The IPF’s Summer 2025 Residential Investor Sentiment Survey covers two main segments of the UK residential market, BtR multifamily apartment blocks and BtR single family housing and is based on data received from 24 organisations. It highlights expectations of rental value growth, capital value growth and investment intention trends for the next 12 months.
This report is the fourth in the series and includes an analysis of changing views since Autumn 2024 using data collected from contributors during the development of the Survey. It is the second survey to be openly published.
