In 2021, the IPF Research Programme established a grants scheme to provide financial assistance to encourage and support research from new or recent entrants to the real estate investment industry, as well as researchers from different disciplines in addition to industry professionals and academics. The first year of the scheme attracted submissions covering a range of topics and geographies. Following the successful completion of three projects, online presentations will be made by their authors, when members will have an opportunity to raise questions and give feedback on the research. Copies of the papers will be available shortly in the Resource Library.
