15 organisations contributed data for one or more of the 30 locations covered in this first survey of 2020, against a backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.
European prime office rental value growth forecasts for 2020, 2021 and 2022 are presented alongside 3-year (2020-2022) and 5-year (2020-2024) rolling averages.
All forecasts were generated within eight weeks of the 20 May survey date.
