Kenneth MacKenzie is founder and Chief Executive of Target Fund Managers, a UK property investment and advisory firm specialising in the senior living sector who will provide a summary of the care home sector from an investors perspective.
Karen Hedge is National Director of Scottish Care, the voice of the independent social care sector in Scotland. Her portfolio includes reform, integration, commissioning and procurement and nursing in care. Karen will be discussing various issues affecting the sector in Scotland, primarily stemming from Brexit and COVID-19.
