The IPF Quarterly Consensus Forecast is the UK’s pre-eminent independent survey of forecasts for UK commercial property investment and is widely disseminated across the industry and to major stakeholders and regulators. This briefing provided members with an opportunity to hear the latest (Summer 2019) survey results and discuss them against a background of economic and political uncertainty, as well as regulatory/tax changes.
