The Northern Region Annual Lunch is now fully booked.
The event starts at 12noon with a pre-Lunch drink, and a good opportunity to network, with Lunch being served at 12.30pm followed by networking drinks kindly sponsored by CoStar.
Ticket price: £70 + VAT (£84 inclusive of VAT @ 20%) per person.
The ticket price includes a pre-lunch drink, a pre-set 3-course lunch with a half-bottle of wine per person, tea/coffee and after-lunch networking drinks.

Tom Sharman
NatWest
Tom Sharman is Head of Research & Strategy for Real Estate Finance at NatWest Group. Tom has been with NatWest since 2015 and is responsible for setting a through-the-cycle lending strategy for the bank’s £24bn real estate loan book.
Prior to joining NatWest, Tom spent five years at Lloyds Banking Group on the workout of their non-core real estate loan book. Tom joined Lloyds from Cushman & Wakefield Investors where he was responsible for setting asset allocation strategy for institutional clients such as the Tesco Pension Fund.

Once you have submitted your booking form, your booking is provisional until you have received a confirmation email so please do not start inviting guests until you have received this confirmation.
Please Note: Once we have accepted your booking, a confirmation email with your invoice together with a form for you to add your host and guest names (for inclusion in the List of Attendees), and a version of the flyer, which you can use to invite guests, will be sent to you.
Reminders to return your host/guest names, menu, etc., will be sent to you email before the Lunch.
