Following our successful oversubscribed ‘Insight Series’ events in March and May, the IPF Future Leaders committee are delighted to present the next in the series and have Victoria Hill, Director and Founder of PROMIND Group, the real estate people development specialist, join us for our fourth conversation.
The aim of this series to create debate and hear from inspirational leaders in our industry and other sectors.
Victoria will talk us through her career journey so far – after spending 20 years in Real Estate with companies including RBS and CBRE, she re-trained in Psychology and as a leadership coach to redirect her career and found the PROMIND Group. Her venture specialises in supporting real estate organisations, businesses and individuals to deliver their potential and achieve their aims through coaching. In the last 12 months, Victoria has clocked up over 1000 hours coaching industry leaders to navigate the changing requirements for leadership, communication and management and prepare for future change.
Join the debate on topics including career progression including leadership and communication skills, how to deal with change and what is required to successfully embrace future challenges, changing career, and setting up a new business.
This will be a virtual event limited to 25 spaces to create a personal and interactive format and will be hosted by IPF Future Leaders Committee member, Jo Jackson from SEGRO.
Attendees are all expected to be ‘camera’s on’ and willing to join in with the discussion. We look forward to seeing you there!
