Kindly hosted by Burges Salmon, our speakers will explore the impact on living spaces as we brace ourselves for a demographic influx of people living in our larger towns and cities. Richard Lustigman will present JLL’s recent research into Co-Living which points to the trends for a new generation.

Karolina will focus on co-living and look at the challenges faced by developers in responding to the changing needs of householders and the increasing expectations of buyers and renters alike.

There will be an opportunity for Members to discuss their own opinions and hopefully engender a constructive debate amongst those present. Numbers are limited so please respond by return.
