This popular annual two-part seminar takes a look at the key performance results arising from commercial property investment during 2018, as recorded by MSCI (formerly IPD), together with predictions regarding property’s likely performance for the year ahead from Savills.
Will Robson, Executive Director at MSCI, will reveal the headline investment returns from 2018, will examine the factors underlying the performance and will discuss the consequences for the various property sectors.
