This seminar looks at the outlook for European real estate investment for the remainder of 2019 and beyond. Europe remains one of the most active regions for real estate investments and investor appetite remains strong with continued capital raising. Yet, many markets are considered to be relatively far in what is a relatively long cycle. Geoffrey Yu will share his view of the global economic background while Simon Mallinson will share the latest analysis of real estate capital flows around the globe and into Europe. Following that, our panel of experts will discuss on where they see risks and opportunities, what strategies they are adopting and which markets, sectors and risk-profiles offer the best value.
