In 2019, for the third consecutive year, Landsec has partnered with Willis Towers Watson to assess how climate change risks may impact its strategy and operations, aligned with the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations. During the first half of this briefing, Fernanda Amemiya will outline the key findings of the assessment, split between short-term and longer-term impacts, under different climate scenarios, as well as the transition risks of moving to a low carbon environment. The remaining 30 minutes will be given over to Q&A.
