Property investors and developers are now paying more attention to the tax cost attached to transactions. Minimising this cost can help significantly improve overall net returns.
John and Marvin will provide a ‘back to basics’ overview of the main tax considerations which developers and investors should be aware of when they are considering structures for commercial and residential properties.
John will help us better understand the direct tax considerations and Marvin will focus on VAT and SDLT.
