2018
Benchmarks in investment management provide the basis on which performance is monitored and judged. A team from Heriot-Watt University, led by Dr Ed Trevillion and Professor Colin Jones has undertaken a survey of contemporary industry practice in benchmarking real estate investment performance, examining the selection and composition of benchmarks in the context of UK market practice and addressing such issues as the drivers for choice of different types of benchmark and how market benchmarks have changed through time.
This seminar provides an opportunity to hear first-hand from the researchers, who will discuss their findings.
