What's Happening at King's Cross: Argent Tour

Time: 6.00pm – 8.00pm - Please arrive a few minutes before 6.00pm to pick up your delegate badge and register.
We will be meeting at the "Big Tree" (the giant oak sits in Turnhalle Square between the German Gymnasium and One Pancras Square) at 6pm for the tour. The tour will end at Argent’s offices (4 Stable Street, King’s Cross, London N1C 4AB) for a 30 minute presentation and refreshments.
This is an exciting opportunity for IPF members to receive a guided tour of the King’s Cross development by Argent LLP. Argent was appointed in 2001 as the development partner to lead on the project and is a part of the Kings Cross Central Limited Partnership, the single land owner and developer of Kings Cross. Argent was named the "Property Firm of the Year" for its transformation of King’s Cross in 2013.
Planning permission for the main site was granted in December 2006 for nearly 8 million sq. ft. of mixed use. The permission includes up to 25 new office buildings, the restoration and refurbishment of 20 historic buildings and structures, and up to 2,000 homes and serviced apartments. Kings Cross is now home to excellent new restaurants, attractive public squares and a host of companies including Google, Louis Vuitton and Universal Music.
