This popular annual two-part seminar takes a look at the key performance results arising from commercial property investment during 2015, as recorded by MSCI (formerly IPD), together with predictions regarding property’s likely performance for the year ahead from JLL.
Malcolm Hunt, Executive Director at MSCI, will reveal the headline investment returns from 2015, will examine the factors underlying the performance and will discuss the consequences for the various property sectors.
Ben Burston, a director of Research at JLL, will then provide his views on the outlook for the national economy, the property market for the year ahead and the factors that are likely to influence performance going forward. He will conclude with a resume of his specialist market – offices – a sector that appears to have delivered strong performance within a local context.
