The International Stock Exchange (TISE) is home to a quarter of all UK REITs, and is the exchange of choice for ‘private’ REITs. FTI Consulting and Bedell Cristin provide an overview of the tax, legal and listing aspects relevant to UK REITs listed on TISE, including the impact for these vehicles and their investors of the proposed UK CGT changes.
