AREF/IPF Joint Event: Capital Gains Tax Roundtable

Following the Budget on 22 November 2017, the Chancellor announced changes to the taxation of capital gains on real estate disposals by non-residents. These changes are likely to affect many real estate funds.
AREF are engaging with HMRC and HM Treasury on this matter. As such, we would like to invite members to a discussion forum, where members can talk through and debate the issues.
