Formed in 2006, the IPF Sustainability Interest Group (SIG) focuses on the relationship between sustainability and the property investment market. SIG has an established link with the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC).

Adapting to Climate Change - Adapting to the inevitable consequences of climate change is becoming an increasingly important issue for property investors. Two reports have recently been produced by sustainability consultancy Acclimatise for a consortium of investors: USS, Insight Investment, Henderson Global Investors and Railpen Investments looking at the implications adaptation to climate change has for investment generally and for commercial property investment in particular.
